My child is 22 months old. He is having low haemoglobin. what foods to give to increase haemoglobin in child?

A. Beetroot and pomegranate can be given to the child every day that’s very healthy along with that you can generally include fox nuts you include black rice you can give broccoli and all green leafy vegetables would be very good for the same
