my daughter is 2months old and she is still passing the same thin watery motions (since birth) and she mostly pass motions along with pee, its like whenever she pees motion also comes with that, should I be worried?

A. hi hows her weight gain ? if its normal and there isnt any other discomfort , no need to worry. just be careful about your diet , take easy to digest food items as your diet can affect your baby's tummy.
