my daughter is 2months 3 days old , i have observed a swelling under her neck, could you tell me why is happened and how it can be cured

A. it's infection in the baby's neck apply fucidin ointments nfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
