my baby is 7 month old. today, I observed my baby's navel is swelling and oozing ....what cause this happened

A. It could be due to some infection without an assessment we cannot enter as it could be associated with umbilical hernia as well which is I’m going to recommend you to kindly get it examine with Dr physically to figure out the right problem and treat accordingly
