Q.

My daughter is 21 months old. I feel she’s not talking as much as a 21 month old should do. And now I’m getting scared of autism as well . Could you please guide me regarding all these.

A. Yes she responds to her name and understands whatever we say. Sometime she walks on her toes and walks backwards sometimes as well. Is it normal?

A. Sometimes kids the pick up onto their speech over the period if the child is speaking less but understanding everything responding while making an eye contact listening to you completely alright there’s no problem just that you need to talk to your child more and everything is associated with being autistic
