My daughter is 21 month old . What are the signs and symptoms of speech delay and autism

A. Hai good morning !! By one year baby starts babbling,speak small words by two years speaks small sentences ,reply with words ,express with words. If baby speaks less then 30-40 words or not responding with words when you ask anything or using sigh language then speech issues. No direct eye contact,not mingling with kids ,no pretend play ,sensory issues like movement of head,hands ,not sitting/not engaging in play are few autism symptoms . Need assessment with Child Psychiatrist or Developmental Paediatrician
