FORUM PATELMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Autism k andar kai factors hote h, speech delay bhi usmein count krte h but jo other factors h jaise, bulane pr na respond dena, kuch bhi do khelne ko uski ek line banana, ek hi pattern pr repetitive behavior, eye contact na krna, koi kaam diya to smjh nhi aya k bola kya lane ko aur wo kya laya/layi, akele khelna, kisiko hug na krna, kisike saath na ghulna-milna aur bhi aise kai factors hote h jo autism h ya nhi ye decide krte h. NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello just delay of speech is not an indication of Autism and the delay of speech can be for a different reason also and you should encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak which can gradually improve the speech in kids and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and he can advise you accordingly based on an examination
