my daughter is 21 days and weight about 3kg, can I use domstal for vomiting. she vomits one or twice daily. please tell me the dose. Thnks

Hello ma’am I would not recommend you to go for any medicine because the vomiting and spitting with newborns is completely common if your child vomit somewhere on 3 to 4 times or five times also on the higher side and there’s a thing to be worried about for the same. I would advise you to reduce down the amount of feet and fee time and feed your child only when your child demands for it this is definitely going to help you. And make sure that your child takes a proper burp after every feed
