My daughter is 20 weeks pregnant with twins,reports showed marginal low placenta. pl suggest extra care to be taken apart from bed rest or any suggestions so that placenta can move upwards.

A. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, usually the placenta will not move up. She cannot do any heavy work and excessive walking and should take extra care of herself throughout the pregnancy. If there is any spotting or bleeding, she has to consult the doctor immediately
