Q.

My daughter is 20 months old but her weight gain is very slow plz suggest weight gain food and quantity of food..and how many times can she eat what is the gap between foods

A. You should give each and every thing to the child that you are regularly preparing at home for everybody Roti sabji Dal rice Paratha the regular food the regular protein should be given healthy fats like Desi ghee and butter and there is no gap in the food that way you have to maintain a schedule for breakfast lunch and dinner in between you can give milk accordingly you have to prepare a schedule depending upon the sleep and wake up time of your child
