My daughter is 2 yr 4 month old .On her chicks redness or dryness with very small pimples .I use Cetaphil on her face bt nt relief what I do plzz suggest

A. I think this is probably just due to heat in the body so this is going to be good to apply calamine lotion for the time being don’t apply anything else on face no cream no lotion no soap just wash it with water and apply regular
