Q.

my daughter is 2 years. she walks and runs but while doing so she fells so many times.why is that she doesn't have much energy or that her bones are weak?

A. Your child is doing well I believe but a child tries to run rapidly that’s why the child falls down because the age where the child learns to walk independently between the time of 12 to 17 months so they take time to run with strength so right now I would recommend you start with multivitamin and calcium supplement for the child and also massage the leg twice in a day with mustard oil
