A. dear set a positive example for your child, by having all healthy foods. create a conducive environment for building healthy eating habits. offer choice between two vegetables any one of which you may want him to try. yourself eat the food that you want her to try and explain its texture, flavour to the kid and ask whether he would like to give it a try don't be pushy but be gently encouraging remember it's a phase it will pass

A. See vegetables and grains are extremely important into the diet of the child so try to feed a little bit from your own place when you’re eating just for trial purpose since like when you feed your child from there in their runaway from the food that you are serving sometimes but when you are eating just give a bite just try know this is very tasty type you know just like little bit on the tongue you can keep and see that’s how you can try and develop the flavour that I think this will help otherwise you can try try making vegetable khichadi or porridge by using different amount of vegetables you can make vegetable pasta for the child like the healthy ones which is made up of Suji or wheat that’s going to be a good option for you
