my daughter is 2 years 8 months old, but she can't understand any command. she doesn't talk and communicate . she doesn't ask for anything and doesn't respond on her name. but understand everything on mobile. plz tell me what to do.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2.5 year old now if she has communication problem then you need to consult with your pediatrician once as she might be having autism related disorders which requires therapy and sometimes medicine aswell

Isha sharmaMom of a 6 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. If ur daughter spend too much time on mobile or tv then she could b suffering from virtual autism.. Virtual autism can b reversed with time. Please remove screen time and start intensive interaction with ur baby evn if she is not responding. It will take time but child will start to respond. Also take guidance from developmental paediatrician ASAP
