My daughter is 2 years 7 months old. Her imunity is less. What should I do ?

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth and boost immunity. give all fruits and green leafy vegetables and pulses

A. best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid.
