My Daughter is 2 year old. She has redness or itching in vaginal area and also some rashes . What can i do to cure it?

Take some mild antiseptic liquid into warm water clean that area properly after that apply Boroline anti septic cream and make your child wear a loose cotton underwear and make sure to clean it properly every time the child passes urine or motion and consult doctor if needed
