My daughter is 2 year old … I experience sharp pain in heels which is on peak after resting period..

A. Paints at the hills is mostly due to long time Standing and working so you should take care that you should have adequate rest to your legs sit on the floor with your legs apart so that you will get relax whenever you get time in between which will help reduce the complaints
