A. the height of the child depends upon the genetic patterns as well as the diet the child is taking. so meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is within the normal limits according to the height of the parents or not. the doctor will calculate mid parental height and then tell you whether any intervention in the fofrm of supplements is required or not. it is advisable that the child should take some amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily according to the age of the child. regular physicalf activity is also important to increase the weight and height of the child.

A. Height mainly depends on genes. From your side you can make sure to feed a healthy and balanced diet. You can include nuts, and more protein in her diet. Involve her in activities where she can hop more often. She can do tadasana, bhujangasana.
