Q.

my daughter is 2 year and 6 months old she is very active but her Weight between 10-11 please suggest for gain more weight.....

A. Hello mom a little variation from the range is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and eating healthy . You can give eggs , dry fruits and nuts , dals , chana , rajma , panner , ghee , fresh fruit milk shakes , stuff paranthas etc
