Once you make a timetable it will be easy to maintain and also you can maintain a proper food timing. So try to give five solid feed and in between that you can add liquids like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water, milkshakes, soups. So by making timetable it will be very easy to follow it and baby will get all the nutrition’s so the weight gain will happen in a couple of weeks or a month. So you need to spend some time on making a timetable based on what type of food your baby likes to eat and make sure you cover all type of food in the timetable.
