my daughter is 2 year 9 months and still her weight is 9 kg she is very lazy to take food whta should I do

A. hi , include energy dense foods like banana, dryfruits , sheera add ghee , one spoon a day in total. have good physical activity. avoid screen time. also check for anemia, worms , vitamin deficiency if no improvement .

A. hi for Healthy weight gain and to encourage your child to take food well, please do the following things: offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
