A. Baby start to say monosyllables like ma, da at 6 -7 months of age.  And Bisyllables like mama, dada, at 9-10 months of age  Baby start to say 2 words at 12-14 months of age  And jargon speech come at 15 -16 months of age.  Baby can speak simple sentences of 2-3 words at 20-24 months of age.  Some babys achieve these at early and some may be delay in achieving that.   Spend more time with ur baby only  Encourage ur baby to speak  Avoid overcrowding of multiple languages at home to speak with baby Better to speak in mother tongue and teach that language to baby first  visit ur nearest pediatrician once for detailed examination and further evaluation

A. If the child is unable to speak at all then it would be good for you to get a check with a speech therapist as sometimes kids can face a speech delay issue so there is actually some issue issue that your child is facing the doctor would be able to help you with any kind of a therapy if it is needed to be done for your child
