my daughter is 2 year 2;months old and she is pre term baby born with 1.7 kg weight. Now she is hyperactive and her weight also little more. She won't pay attention on anything and she won't listen what one's saying also. Hardly she speaks around 10 words only. How to handle her?

Engage with your child in conversations read books and sing rhymes to develop her vocabulary
Give her a healthy diet to avoid excess weight gain avoid processed packaged foods
Avoid Bottle feeding
