my daughter is 2 months old,she is passing yellow stools frequently n watery in consistency . what should I do

if baby is active,playful,no fever,passing adequate urine i.e 6 to 8 times per day then no need to worry for the motion.continue with the exclusive breast feeding as per baby's demand
