My baby is 3.5 month old and is passing watery stools frequently. She is also passing wet farts.

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symfyptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are assoctiated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
