Q.
my baby is one year old. he is passing watery stools from last 5 days. I am giving him enterogermina from 3 days. but no improvement. please help

Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic cghan be givehn like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose . Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum do not just keep on giving this sachet to the baby maybe he needs some antibiotic and moreover zinc is also important to avoid dehydration give ORS as well so in short you have to consult with your doctor for the proper medication and keep your baby hydrated which is very important
