my daughter is 2 and half year old. she has fever from last 4 days.. also has cough and cold. many medicines has given. what to do?

A. Hi Is your fever last for more than three days and it could be viral infection as well in this case you will have to go with a blood test to figure out what could be the issue so this is not normally or normal
