Q.

My daughter is 2.6 but still she don't talk like other kids of her age group, though she responds instantly her eye contact is also good but she don't understand yes or no.. my elder son is autistic.. pls suggest sir is it again developmental delay, speech delay or autism..

A. for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audio-visual aids too. dont worry if other milestones agsre normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .
