Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give a good sun light exposure. If the problem is persistent then consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates.
