my daughter is 1yr old she doesn't have teeth yet why nd what should I do

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by thde doctor. there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also so if your personald doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side
