My daughter is 1yr 1m old. She has a congested throat. No fever. She caught cold 4 days ago... her runny nose has stopped and no breathing troubles. what should I do for a congested throat as I hear sounds while she is asleep and she is bit disturbed?

A. don't self medicate kindly consult your doctor give warm soups etc Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area
