My daughter is 19 days old. She ll be awake for almost five hours continuously in a day by that time she wants to feed continuously. And I m out of sufficient milk for five hours. How to manage it or should I go for formula milk by that time?

A. if there is milk insufficient.. then you can give formula milk.. you can give lactogen similac naan pro.. or as the one your pediatric advice.. to increase milk you can take Shavatari powder or mother sparsh vardaan or lactare..
