Q.

My Daughter is 18 months old and sometimes she refuses to eat her food.Is she bored to eat same food all day like chapati with dal ,oats etc. What's new healthy diet should I include?

A. Dear mum, you can give rice with vegetables, vegetable Daliya, vegetable khichadi, pulao, idli, dosa. Poha, Upma, sheera. Vegetable or paneer parantha, besan cheela. Eggs and non veg food Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
