Q.

My daughter is 18 months old and she is not gaining weight due to loss of appetite since last 10 days. I am trying to feed her every 2 to 3 hrs but she is not at all willing to eat anything. Also there is puffiness of eyes after getting up in the morning but gradually it decreases in an hour or so . Her serum Albumin is also on lower side i. e 3.1 g/dl. What's the reason for low serum albumin, though her routine urine and urine culture is normal.

A. It would be difficult to say what would be the reason only your doctor can give you a correct guidance on that so whatever you would want to know about it in doubt you have associated your paediatric and only clear them up for you
