Q.

my daughter is 16 months old.not showing interest in food except milk.she is active but her toe nail is somewhat spoonshaped.is this a sign of iron deficiency.pls suggest me what should i do

A. Limit the milk intake of the vaby and try to switch to solid foods and introduce finger foods to develop habit of chewing so baby starts eating take care and stay safe

A. Zinc helps in building appetite. Wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds are good for improving the level of zinc in the body. Try incorporating these into your child's meals or snacks. Check with your child's doctor for zinc supplements as well.
