My daughter is 16 months old and she is suffering from cold with running nose..

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. stedeam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom U can give maxtra syrup for cold and running nose to ur baby. Give steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
