A. Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet

A. hi weight of child depends on child's birth weight. usually they gain triple their birth weight by the age of 12 months. and ideally ,16 months old baby should have weight between 8 to 13 kg. for healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet. give massage to your child daily height of child depends on genetics and diet. so please offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet as your child grow, encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling stretching etc. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
