Q.
My daughter is 15 month old but she is unable to speak unless maa n paa. Is this happen for any reason.

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. hi j by 1 year baby will be saying monosyllables atleast. it will improve eventually, and by 2 years baby should be able to follow simple commands and should speak 2 word sentences. by 3 years it's 3 word sentences. may vary a little

Some kids can start to speak let also but that’s normal So to be more on the safer side I would advise you to consult an ENT specialist because you can tell you if there is a tongue tie or anything to be more sure about all these days so at least you can rule out all the options if there is any issue you will come to know about it
