Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Give her a bowl and a spoon to eat with and let her play with the food and make a mess and this is how she will learn to eat independently. Give her smaller portions of food and give more only when she asks. Give her colourful foods and try cutting foods into different shapes using food cutters as colours and shapes attract the attention of the kid. Give her different textures of foods. Give her more of finger foods. Let her be a part of meal preparations like setting up the table before mealtime or helping you in selecting the vegetable to be cooked. This will make her more interested to taste the food that she chose.
