Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. a if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment

Please Do not use diaper for the time being I think it has been there because of excessive usage of diaper so I’m just going to advise you simply to start applying Boroline anti septic cream into that area and make sure that you do not use diapers for the time being
