hello doctor My daughter is 4.6 years old She have some redness, itching and little pimples in her vagina what should I do

It could probably be due to too much of sweat into that area and sometimes when you do not maintain proper cleanliness or hygiene or that area stays wet that time also this can happen and sometimes due to fungal infection so just to be on the safer side I would recommend you to apply candid be ointment onto that area regularly
