my daughter is 14 months old and she is having cold,runny nose due to which she can't sleep or eat well.what can I do to help her sleep or eat well and how can i get rid of her cold..??kindly suggest something natural..??

please give daily massage on chest and limbs with mustard oil with infusion of garlic pod
please give daily sun light exposure
please give indirect steam to your child twice a day
it is very helpful
please give lukewarm water for drinking
