my daughter is 13 month old but she is did not developed single tooth also.....what to do

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. it is okay. some times there is a delay in teething. you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth ti erupt in the child's mouth .

Teeth that don't follow this normal tooth eruption pattern aren't necessarily a concern, but having no teeth at all may signify a dental issue that needs further examination. If your baby has no teeth by 18 months or so, we recommend a visit to a dentist.
