Didn't mention about all other milestone physical if achieving milestones crawling, standing/ walking with support or trying to then no need to worry.
Mild fever, motions, crankiness, rejecting feed, hard swollen gums are symptoms of teething.
Feed 3 meals include protein, calcium rich foods Diary products,milk, fruits and vegetables,dry fruits and nuts , egg in regular diet for calcium for Bones strength and teething.
Consult Paeditrician for calcium supplements.
