Q.

My daughter is 11months old and her weight is 6.6 kg. is it normal or she is underweight? And she has not started walking yet.do we need to do something for that?

A. its low.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Hello dear parent! It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months and triples by one year. Regularly massage your baby’s legs in downward milking direction for better muscle flexibility and balance.
