My daughter is 11 month 10days old and hasnt got her 1st tooth yet. Do i need to worry?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi no.. there's nothing to worry about as kid's sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.. maximum upto the age of 18 months first milk teeth can erupt

They will have eight teeth when they turn 15 months and should have 20 teeth by the time they turn 27 months. And before you know it, your baby's primary teeth will begin to fall out!
