My daughter is 11.8 kg. she is 5 years old. please suggest a healthy diet for her. she is very picky eater.

A. dear mum, weight is on the lower side. for healthy weight gain give protein rich foods like eggs, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, nuts, green leafy veg. give 5 meals in a day.
