Hello ......What kind of diet i can follow so dt she become a lil healthy....My daughter is very picky eater..

A. add dry fruits powder in the diet try positive reinforcement techniques giveke a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

A. Hi mom Give three proper meals in a day and one snack in between. Milk two times a day. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
