my daughter is 10 yrs old and she is suffering from stomach ache and she has got some light brown discharge.I am in confusion whether she has attended her puberty

There could be chances of your child if you can see a brown discharge and maybe the stomach pain is because of that only as these days period are coming early to a lot of of girls so it would be advisable for you to get a check with your doctor tomorrow
