Q.

My daughter is 10 months old and hasn't got a single tooth yet. she's been showing signs of teething for more than 2 months now but no teeth. P.S She was a late premi born at 36 weeks and 4 days.

A. Hi it's okay. kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some more time

A. For most children, baby teeth erupt between 6 and 12 months. A slight delay is fine, but it may be time to see your dentist if your child has no teeth at 18 months. Delayed tooth eruption usually isn't a major cause for concern, but it never hurts to check.
